I haven't bought food items for a while now, and I probably won't in the future anymore.  But I did notice the last few times that I received food orders, they no longer came UPS within 1-2 days like they had in the past.  Mine were being delivered via USPS and took almost a week to get to me in most cases.  


Seems to me QVC is regressing instead of progressing.  Sad as it use to be my go to place to shop but not anymore. I am surprised they have not went under yet.  It has to be due to management as this never happens anywhere else I shop on the web, ONLY QVC.

Really?  Then you are lucky!

 

We ordered 5 lights for the basement, get one free...so 6 total.

Online.

 

Delivery would be 7-10 days.

 

Took one full month to get one.  Then a week later, 2 more showed up.

A week later, 2 more.

 

We are still waiting for our 6th.  Emails complaining took 4-5 days to get answered IF at all.

 

always the same answer....on their way.

 

DH is more patient than me.  I would have called Discover and disputed the charge after 2 weeks.

 

He wanted to wait and wait he has!
