I am sure the system is just overloaded....
Ever try to make dinner reservations at the 180 day mark before your trip to Disney World? Same thing happens....and we go every year ..
Just have to be persistant....

I got the same message of something went wrong, please contact customer service. Well no, I don't want to contact customer service. Since I decided I really wanted the item, I found it on Amazon and ordered from there. Just happened to be lucky that I could find it elsewhere.
Came here to see if others were having the same problem, so glad to know I am not the only one. But it results in a lost sale for QVC.
I hope they resolve the problem quickly for others though.

I had a few things in my cart during the ITKWD show that would not go thru☹️
Guess it's Q's subliminal message to me-- I really didn't need them🤷♀️
