I have tried to place orders since the announcement of FREE SHIPPING on David's show....
everytime I place my order it states "something went wrong- contact CS @....."
how annoying!! I go back in and my order is GONE...every card on file and even my GC on file!!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE NOW ... I'm sure others are having it!!!

I'll let YOU call for me!!! I was on HOLD (gave me approx. time for a CS operator 13 minutes!!!
Maybe YOU have more time on your hands!!! Me, I have other things to do then sit on HOLD while they fix this mistake...
and yes, I cleared my browser in case you want to know!!!
I'll be happy to give you my "item #'s" so you can place orders..thank you for your help!!!

And now I'm ANGRY and will call CS!!!
I DID NOT want the orders paid for by my GC on file....several times I took the orders OFF gc option...
and orders were processed USING MY GC...
This is absolutely RIDICULOUS...I don't want it DEFAULTING to my GC ... I'm saving this not for "little small orders BUT for something expensive"...

@homedecor1 I had the same trouble when trying to place an order when the video was on. Try going to a picture of the item on the same page and then place order.

try clearing your cookies and rebooting your computer.
that often helps take care of the issue.
