ACTIVE A-D Sobel Skin Rx 4.5% Retinol Night Treatment Auto-Deliver

I have been waiting for this product ON AUTO DELIVERY ,which was due in early February,   Contacted CS and no one seems to be contacting the vendor Sobel Skin Care as to where this product is. As a result, I am not receiving the auto delivery on this product.  I am finding that several auto delivery products are not being satisfied.  CS standard line only is " it is not available in the warehouse to be shipped".... and that's it.. no further follow-up from CS.  Anyone else have these issues?  This product is made in the USA so no excuses for shipping.
