is elastic on sleeves way too loose considered a Defect?

When you look at the sleeves on the model,

you can see that the elastic is not tight and there is room in the bottom of the sleeve

The way Candace is wearing it, the sleeves are pushed up with the material over the end. Probably the sleeves will stay put when pushed up, but this way you can wear them either way-loose or with the sleeve pushed up and material ballooned over.

I think they look nice loose.

I just looked at the image of the item and the video.  The elastic is loose.  You may not like this feature but it is clearly shown. Personally I would not consider  a defect.

I personally like when the sleeves have elastic that is loose.  When it is too tight, it is misery!  I just consider the elastic as a means to make the sleeve have a gathering which is to me attractive.  I understand though if you feel it is not something that you like.

If you read reviews, they all said that it ran large and needed to size down.  That my be the case for you and you needed to order a smaller size.
