I am in a mess with some returns.  I have one Quaker Factory top I would like to exchange. It's in stock. The item shipped on April 28th. I can get it out on Tuesday. Is this going to be another hassle?? I am keeping two other tops that don't fit that I ordered on the 28th of April because the size is sold out. I want to make sure before I try to exchange the top. It's too big. Thank you, Donna

Hi @DAD good news because QVC wants you to remain safe and we know the difficulties you are experiencing the 30 day return policy has been extended to 90 days for all items except Blowout Clearance Price Items. Any purchase made from February 1 at 11:59am ET can be returned for any reason for a refund of the purchase price, minus the S&H and Q Return Label fee, or exchanged for a free replacement of the same item in a different color or size.

I've emailed the social team about 5 returns I sent in within the 90 day window & they are looking into my problem. I hope you make whoever does returns aware about that new policy. I thought I had time to get them back & didn't worry about it. Our local PO had a closed lobby for awhile. I couldn't get a receipt so I finally had my husband put some in a dropbox & did a pick up for the rest. Days later I'm getting contact CS. I will give that one top a chance because I really like it. Thank you, Donna
