I really thought I ordered this Patricia Nash leather novella frame purse in the tooled biscuit color for $109.95. I tried to order it quickly so I could get the tooled leather. Is there some way to find out what happened to my order? This has happened to me other times too.

@Lumark I'm so sorry for any confusion,but i see you're using two different membership accounts when placing your orders? That will explain why this has happened in the past. The order for the Patricia Nash Leather Novella Frame Bag was placed successfully and your EDD is 06/16/21. Because you have two accounts, it looks like you're attemping to view the order on the the account it was not placed on. I hope this information is helpful and I apologize for any inconvenience.

You must specify which card on file you want them to use. I'd say this one's not QVC's fault.

I didn't think you were allowed to have two different accounts.

You can have multiple methods of payment (CC) on one QVC account, I also thought that multiple QVC accounts for a customer was not allowed.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Maybe one belongs to a family member and they use the same computer. The OP was in a hurry to order so maybe signed in the wrong account. Most people save their password.
