I received an email today apologizing for a delay in the delivery of my order. On 5/11/2021 I ordered Denim & Co shorts. I'm well aware of delays and if I want the item and the Q is the only place I can get it, I will order it and factor in Q's slow shipping reputation. However, this one takes the cake:
I ordered on the 11th and a label was not even made up until the 20th. I have had so many things go from in process to preparing your order to backorder. I have decided that if it goes to backorder I'm cancelling. I just don't need the aggravation.

I wasn't aware that any of our qvc orders were shipped via rail!

This posted a little wonky looking. It didn't look that way when I posted it. Oh, well. The train derailment is the best excuse I've had yet for a delay in shipping. I'll get over it.

I wasn't aware of rail shipping either. I thought it was all truck.

It could cause the truck delivering your order to have to re-route.

While it sounds a bit fishy, trains carry quite a few trailers. It might be an option when there's a shortage of truck drivers.

I've gotten the train derailment delay notice before.
I got this this evening, which is new to me. Apparently one late truck upsets the whole apple cart.

I had that message a few months back. I had an order coming from Ontario CA.
I googled it and it was True. There WAS a train derailment coming out of that exact area.
Pictures if the wreckage and everything.
I did get my package.
If it doesn't show up, just contact the mods to reorder. No need to get aggravated.
