A new checkout experience is headed your way

After months of researching how our customers shop with us, we’re excited to launch a new & improved checkout experience made just for you. Whether it’s on our site or apps, the new flow makes getting through the process easier & more streamlined.

Some of the perks:

  • Fewer clicks: Selections like Easy Pay®, payment method & shipping address will automatically default, so you can check out even faster—and still review & edit orders (all on one page) before submitting.
  • Updated design: So it’s easier to see important details and quicker to complete your order.
  • Shop how you like, where you like: You’ll love how the mobile-friendly experience lets you shop anywhere, anytime.

Because we’re rolling out the new checkout in phases, you may initially get a different experience, depending on your device—but rest assured, it’s coming! Be sure to keep checking back for updates and to share your thoughts.

Sounds like what we've always had, automatic defaults.   How is this different?

No more check orders ... unless I've missed something.   Now that's different.

It could be why so many are having glitches now.

Re: A new checkout experience is headed your way

I know one way they could really, really (do I need to put a third really) improve.

Instead of mentioning the stupid names they give the color of these clothes, shoes, etc.  How about posting somewhere on the TV the ENTIRE time what fake/stupid color goes with what item?

I sit watching the TV and constantly try to figure out what color (and which one) is the item I want.  The hosts/vendors are so busy trying to entertain me, etc.

So, supposedly QVC loves the way people find them by 'channel surfing'.  Well, a channel surfer has no idea what the real color of the item is or .....(wait for it)....what the item REALLY looks like.

Every now and then (if time) they'll go over the fake/stupid named colors; but often they've goofed off so much they don't even have time to do that!

When that happens I just say, "Whoops!  Was not meant to be because I'm not guessing on what color "Magic ocean" really is or what design it is".

THAT would be an improvement I could live with.

@Annabellethecat66 - I'm sorry that you're frustrated, but I'm not sure which shows you're watching—when I tune in to just about any type of show, the hosts seem to spend at least half the presentation going over colors and how many of each are left rather than actually giving us dimensions or showing the items in detail. I'd love for half as much time to be spent on the listing of colors.
