This week on July 31st, I contacted CS regarding a package I sent back for an exchange. They received it on July 23rd. I called and wondered why the replacement had not been issued, usually it is done quickly if the item requested is available. Customer rep apologized and said the replacement/exchanged size would be sent out. Lo and behold, it was overnighted and I received it the very next day. That was a pleasant surprize! I used Facebook Chat for this, and had great results.

I never have a problem getting a hold of someone in customer service. They are usually able to to resolve whatever problem I am having.

@charsha , great that you had a good experience. I think QVC's customer service is tops! I've never had a problem they couldn't or didn't fix for me. Thanks for an uplifting post!

I recently returned an item for exchange, completed their little exchange form, the item was available in the size and color I needed.  However, they did their old trick of issuing a refund and charging for return shipping (got that fixed).

 

I noticed the price had increased so I guess they decided they'd  try to sell it at a higher price.

 

That's an example of why people get disgusted with QVC.

@Kachina624    I have had that happen more than many times - issuing  a refund instead of an exchange even though the size and color I asked to exchange was available.  It may be someone in that department where it's received just not paying attention.

Hello, I am so sorry we incorrectly refunded you instead of sending you the exchange and that the price on the item increased. I can definitely see how this would be frustrating when in the first place we could have simply sent your exchange free of charge.
