A Comment, Not a Complaint, on Price Adjustment

One of the lunch time specials today is an item I ordered on December 8.  I spoke to a pleasant customer service rep a bit ago who adjusted the price in under 30 seconds.  I said I'd like a credit on my account.  After a short wait she said the refund had to be issued to the form of my original payment, my credit card.

 

This is fine with me but I was a little surprised.

 

Still I was pleased at how quickly and easily the price adjustment was made.

I've always found price adjustments whether here or HSN to be easy and stress free.

I agree, I get them from HSN all the time, within 30 days, also from SHQ.
