I have seen that some customers are not having the 90 day return policy honored. Will the 90 day policy be honored for my item #A379604? I did not receive paperwork for this item in the box and had to wait to receive it sent to me by mail. The shoes are at least a half size too small and cant be worn.

My returns were not honored!!! Susan said she was going to look into it yesterday & no response. I would get everythingback within 30 days. I will not buy from a retailer that doesn'thonor their own policy!

I think Wayne clearly spelled out what the policy is.

@DAD   If you are within the time frame and it wasn't honored, QVC will make it right.

It would have clearly been an error in the Returns Dept.

Just give the mods a chance to look into it and get back to you.  If you don't hear back, just nicely email the Social Team again providing the details and order number.

I have seen the posts of problems as well and it is unfortunate, but can be corrected with just a little patience.

And just to clarify....does the 90 (or 30) days start when we actually RECEIVE the order or when the order was placed?  This could make a big difference with some things taking almost a month to receive.

Well, with it only being the 10th of June, has anyone seriously received their orders from June 1st and after????    I'm still waiting for an item ordered in May!!!!

I ordered a H by Halston top on 6/1 and received it on 6/6.  Total surprise since I didn't expect to see it before the end of this week. But it may have been that quick since I live on the West Coast and it was shipped from California.
