I've found that when QVC has completed their part in the warehouse status changes to shipped as the orders wait for UPS. As was mentioned earlier UPS doesn't work on weekends and with the weather problems UPS probably just picked up today. However it won't show details until the truck reaches the warehouse which is probably flooded with delayed orders. Anyway all that to say I think you'll get all your orders. This has happened to me many times and I've always gotten mine. Best of luck.

I have 3 orders that have disappeared in Rossford, OH since 1/5. No tracking since but QVC did ship them.
Sorry, but investigations such as you request don't exist. The best that can happen is a full refund....or a reship, but sadly your items are sold out.
So are mine. It happens unfortunately!

@Jacket Happy Portland,Oregon had a massive ice storm last week Millions of people were without power with sub degree temperatures. I'm sure that delayed your packages, they will find themselves to you eventually.

I received all the packages today - very quick delivery ! I'm very happy and grateful, especially to the Ontario CA warehouse. Thanks to everyone for your input and feedback, it really helped.

UPDATE: My candles finally showed up! Close but no cigar on the 1/13 USPS notice delivery. Called Q and told finally received and recharge since they refunded me. So glad to have them! Glad you finally received your packages too @Jacket Happy

Well, I never received the 7lb box of lovely Harry Slatkin candles. We have neighborhood delivery lockers and I went up as soon as I received the USPS Informed Delivery email of delivery. It was freezing that day, but I still held out hope it would show up the next delivery day 1/16/24 (after the MLK holiday). Nope, nothing on the 1/16 and that night snowmageddon hit.
Called QVC today after waiting well over a week and still no Slatkin candles in sight. I was not able to check at the post office and my mailbox because we have been graced with heavy snow and ice. That keeps me off the roads and into other trouble.
Thankfully, I got through to a very nice representative named Marlee and she issued a refund. She mentioned due to our recent West Coast weather, things have gone astray/haywire in the delivery supply chain. No surprise as even our very prompt Amazon delivery folks have been delayed a day or two.
First time I had this problem in the years I've been with Q, and hopefully the last. I'm still hoping those candles show up and I can call Q back with the good news. Unfortunately, the candles are now sold out, so no reissue.
