5Star Customer Care from QVC

I've been having many issues this year with QVC products/shipping and have had lots of contact with Customer service.  Everyone has been so nice and helpful!!!  All of my issues were solved, I got to talk to real people who answered  the call, instead of the run-around tape of press #3 for whatever.  Customer service takes their time and I appreciate it!

I have read so many negative posts this year regarding QVC customer care, shipping woes or quality of merchandise. It is ALWAYS nice to read a glowing compliment. Glad you are pleased with your interactions!😊
