4 calls to QVC plus an email and still no resolution

My mom bought me the HP laptop TSV at the end of November as an early Christmas present. She bought the one with 1 year Office subscription yet the laptop I received only offers me a 1 month free trial. She called QVC and was told the software was being shipped as it was delayed a week. That arrived only to find it was the Productivity Suite and not Office. Called QVC again and was told to call "Tech Support". We called HP who confirmed (based upon the serial number) that the Office subscription was not included on the laptop I have. Called QVC back who then told us to call Microsoft. Called Microsoft who told us this was QVCs problem as its not included. Called QVC back again and was told that someone from Customer Care would call us back in 4 days. In today's technology world, why can somone not provide us with the code for the Office subscription we paid for? Hoping someone can help!

They have helped a lot of people and I bet they can assist you too.  Good Luck
