Just curious, if you pay for 2nd-day air, and qvc doesn't send it 2nd day, what do you do.? forgot to mention it's not convenient to call customer service as I have hearing issues.

@Iris in bloom  If you paid for 2nd day air and it was not utilized, you can request a refund for the 2nd day air addtional cost.

I just checked because QVC sent it on a Friday is why it's taking so long. so no one's fault
