I ordered three items the other day. Two are in process. My order for Cheryl's cookies for next month says "Call CS."  I called and the individual was not helpful at all. She told me if it continues to say "Call CS"  I should call Synchrony (who manages the Q card) and speak to them. LOL. I don't think so. I'll cancel the order first. 

 

We shall see. 

 

I never had this happen before.

@ChillyTulip I am so sorry if this order status on your Cheryl's cookies order caused any confusion and know how concerning this must be as a QVC shopper myself. We'd be happy to check on this and see what's going on.

After reviewing your orders, I see that the 12/8 Cheryl's cookie order is now showing in an "Advanced Sale Item" status and should ship as normal the week of 12/8.
