Has anyone received their 2 % credit for purchases made in Dec & Jan when using qcard & 1 payment?  I have tried numerous times to get help & no one seems to know anything.

@Spikedog - Oh, I forgot all about that promotion! I think I only ended up getting it on two purchases, so the overall amounts won't be much, but I'll definitely have to watch for it. I believe you'd only be able to see it as part of the checkout process, if that is helpful; that's typically how the Q handles account credits.

I had received the email.  

The credit was on my payment page.  I used it when we had free shipping.  At least I was able to see a little savings.

The bank referred me back to qvc.

How it worked is whenever you ordered something when it came to the checkout screen you had to chose qcard as payment and had to chose "1 payment". Then at the bottom of 6he screen it would say something like " this order qualifies for a 2% back as a credit" p.

@Spikedog - As noted above, it is likely that the only way you'll see this credit is during the checkout process. Try doing a "test purchase" where you put an item in your cart and then proceed to the checkout page (don't use speed buy). Review all the details carefully to see if the credit amount is listed. If it is not, that may mean it hasn't been applied to your account yet. You could also reach out to the forum moderators to see if they are able to determine if the credit is available for you; send your question to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.
