13 DAYS AND STILL NO REFUND! WHERE IS MY REFUND QVC?

Hello! Can some MOD please help me with my Refund! My purchase has already been DELIVERED and RECEIVED at Rocky Mount , NC last June 13th! It is already June 26th and still no Refund?

I have one delivered to Rockymounnt on the 9th still waiting !

Well they did warn us about delays !!!
