had to start a return last week. i ordered a philosophy spritz (which shipped quickly) and they sent me the wrong scent.

emailed qvceasyreturns@qvc.com with all information on thursday the 16th in the late afternoon. received a response tonight, 2/24. they have processed my refund, mentioned the amount of my refund, and apologized that they are now taking 7-10 days for responses and processing. i double checked my order status and the easy payments have been removed.

all in all, still a good service for me when i need to return something.

All I did was inquire to Easy Returns about a requested upfront exchange, and I received a snippy letter saying there was no need to send a duplicate email. HA!

It took them 2 weeks to respond and realize I wanted an even exchange that was never granted. But here is what they said about their return department

Due to increased volume, QVC Easy Returns may now take 5-7 days for a response. There is no need to send a duplicate email.

I really like QVC; that being said, their Easy Returns Division has been anything but easy.

This is an update for my Easy Returns experience. In mid-February, I did wait not quite 12 days to hear anything for my first return of the month.

At the time of waiting for a response, I started another Easy Returns Process. (I usually have few returns, then had three in about ten days!) Anyway, the Easy Returns process at end of February into March took less than a week. So,for me, the process improved as we moved from Early to Late February. I still like using the process.
