I like frozen yogurt at Bloomingdale's. I order the small plain but it definitely has sugar in it. I don't eat plain yogurt in the containers..they are very tart and I don't like them.

Yes, I enjoy my yogurt daily.  Plain - add my own fresh fruit. Almonds as well.

I have nice nails, hair, skin as the result.

For the past four years I eat Activia (regular, not the Light) every day.  Reason?  My morkie contracted an awful intestinal bug that almost killed her four years ago.  When she recovered, her vet recommended two teaspoons of Activia daily to help keep good bacteria in her intestines.  She is only 10 pounds and low to the ground, so even though I watch her like a hawk on her walks, she can quickly lick something she shouldn't.  Since then, she has not had one instance of upset stomach or intestinal problems.

I say the word yogurt, and she runs to the refrigerator.  Oh, I finish all but those two teaspoons that I give her.  I must say, it works for me too.

I eat some Yogurt. Yoplait reduced calorie, one of three flavors, cherry, key lime pie and very vanilla.

I would live on yogurt if I could.  My favorite is F a g e Greek yogurt.  I buy it plain and sometimes add fruit, nuts or cinnamon depending on my mood.

I love yogurt, I wish I loved the Greek more, but so far I have only found that I like the Black Cherry flavor, all others just did not impress me much!

FYI, I just called my husband to pick up some yogurt on his way home .

I eat plain non fat Greek style yogurt just about every day, love it.
