I eat Siggi's fat-free yogurt with fresh berries of some sort and a couple of (measured) tablespoons of reduced fat granola almost every day for breakfast. It gives me enough fuel to make it thru my workouts and easily make it to lunch without snacking.

I have a love/hate relationship with yogurt depending on the day and my taste buds. I hate plain yogurt, prefer greek but like the ones with fruit espeically cherry. The fruit and flavored yogurts are super high in sugar....so I avoid on days I'm super conscious of sugar contents.....despise Chobani brand...it gives me an upset stomach.

I can't stand yogurt and just can't eat it, no matter how many times I've tried.
I've tried all brands and those with fruit, granola and all the other additives and it just tastes like spoiled milk to me.
I think it's the 'tang' of it, since I do like cottage cheese and sour cream, but I also hate buttermilk, because it has that tang too.

When I was in Greece, I walked to the grocery store a couple of times a week to buy yogurt (and potato chips) OMG the yogurt in Greece is so good.
Back here in the states, I buy Greek yogurt, but it is not the same.... it's not even close in taste or texture. My granddaughter has yogurt for a snack everyday after school at my house. I eat it once in a while and it's always in my fridge.
I like it, but it doesn't call out to me.

I love yogurt. I eat it daily.
I usually get the Chobani unsweetened plain. I add fresh fruit to it and a couple of times a week I add a tablespoon of raw organic cacoa powder.

I love yogurt and eat it almost daily. I usually eat Dannon Greek NF, but sometimes for variety, I buy the NF version from Aldi's. They just lowered the price from 39 cents to 33 cents! I won't buy Yoplait because their commercials grate on my nerves! Plus, I don't like the shape of their containers. It's a shame really, because they do have some great flavors.

I always wanted to make my own yogurt. Would love the recipe if you could provide one
@Qshopper1991 You have to heat milk to about 180 degrees, then cool to 110 or so. Then you add some yogurt or yogurt started and let it sit from 8 to 12 hours at a warm temperature.
I use a Dash Greek yogurt maker (about $20) that you can find online. It works great! You make the yogurt then put it in the strainer that comes with it for the Greek style. It is way better than store bought, and cheaper. I hear you can use almond milk too-haven't tried it!
A also have another cheap yogurt maker that has the little cups with it and those are handy.
You don't HAVE to have a yogurt maker, but they are cheap and work well!
Have fun and try it. Lots of good information online!
