to all you ladies who work out and are looking for upbeat music to add to your playlist, here are some of my favorites that I thought I'd share.

4) American kids- Kenny chesney

5) pumped up kicks- foster the people

6) say hey- michael franti

7) hand clap- fitz and the tantrums

8) stranger to my happiness- Sharon jones

9) stronger- kelly clarkson

10) sweet serendipity- lee deWyze

and even if you don't work out, these will get you moving! hope ya'll like it!

@freakygirl I could hug you for this list!! OK, a little hyperbole, but just 10 minutes ago I was thinking my workout playlist is getting old and I need something new, but I can never remember song titles. Anything to help entice me to work out more consistently. I've already mastered the schedule of once every other week or when I had french fries for three days straight. I like all kinds of music, so I am going to give these a listen today. My MaxiClimber thanks you!

caaareful shopper, I may have heard the universe whisper that a certain CS needs new songs to add to her playlist! lol! I hope you love them as much as I do. it gets me moving on my spin bike and treadmill. it whips the sluggishness away!

I've personally been on a Kool and the Gang kick along with KC and the Sunshine band. If you see someone rocking some glitter workout gear and it's not Richard Simmons, say hey.
