why oh why can't qvc handle their web site & phone properly on easy pay days?

every other shop at home channel has easy pay days.

shop nbc has a ton of easy payment days and their webs site operates normally to place orders and check order status history, as does their customer service line, and phone line to place verbal orders.

same for hsn, but qvc's site is impossible to use whenever easy pay days are offered.

today so frustrated every time i clicked on something saw that blasted message display that qvc.com is not operational and call customer service.

also same thing when i clicked on order status.

i gave up and shopped on amazon, and getting through to qvc customer service was okay the first time, but after that it was a constant no go.

so i ask........what good is easy pay if the web site and telephone are not operational to use the easy pays?

perhaps it is time for qvc to find out why they cannot properly handle easy pay days, and fix the problem, or chance losing some sales.

additionally the qvc community was inoperable too.......until now.
