First, let me say I prefer ancient Hebrew numerology, it's how I was taught.  But some like forms that are new age, not for me.  The numbers listed are what some consider Angel Numbers.  I don't know if that's how you meant them, though.  You probably already know numbers are usually added, one to another.  Angel numbers are somewhat different, in that apparently each number has its own meaning.

I did Google it earlier in the day. It is not a Jamaican number, I have gotten those calls and they are from a different area code. Not 576.

google has the rest of the riddle, which follows the numbers posted previously. Here they are:

People change their phone number all the time to hide.   Just because your phone ID says the number calling you does not make it so.   I never believe numbers on phones.

I added the numbers you gave:

576-870-2112-576-6687-05534.....

makes the number #2.

Now Google the number 2 and read all about that number.

I Googled and read where the numbers of 576-870-2112 was a Jamaican phone scam.   I would not return that call.
