when you post a complaint on the forum about qvc do you also write or call qvc?

i was wondering if in addition to posting your frustration you also try to work it out with QVC?...i see soooo many people posting about the various problems like lousy shipping and handling, increase in prices, lack of variety, etc....but i would like to know what kind of response you have gotten from the Q...if everyone already knows the problems then wouldn't it make sense to either boycott or contact the president's offce?

just curious because i don't see how constantly complaining here is going to fix the problem.

just sayin'...when i've had a legitimate complaint, i've called/emailed the company.
