Spring Roll Wrappers made of rice.

You can buy these at most any grocery which has an Asian section.

Those are great looking spring rolls.  As mentioned, they are rice paper wraps.

One of my favorite things to get at a Vietnamese restaurant are those rolls.

I'm going to try to make some next week.

Vietnamese summer rolls, spring rolls are smaller and fried.

@IMW  Thanks for correcting me!

Yes, summer rolls.  I just had some Wednesday with fresh basil.

I make these...they are yummy!  You can purchase these already made at TJ's in the deli section with shrimp or tofu and a peanut sauce is included (whole foods has exactly the same product at a higher price). The wrappers are very delicate so a little practice is required.  The wrappers are very inexpensive and a delicious way to wrap up veggies!
