I'm trying, but today apparently nothing is coming forward.  I guess I am grateful for being able to view posts of people that have a better frame of mind that I have right now?

I am grateful that we live on a planet with such beautiful nature. I am especially grateful for the trees and birds that have given me such joy over the years.

Besides the obvious:  excellent health at 74, family , friends, I'm grateful for retirement.  I tried it back in 2010 and wasn't ready. Went back to work.   Retired again in 2018 and fully ready and enjoying every minute.

@GoneButNotForgotten I am grateful for the loving parents I had, my husband, my little dog, and my health.  My parents are both deceased now and I do have health issues but I can take care of myself so I feel blessed!

I'm grateful that I can still get my own food, hold a fork and knife and feed myself. Twenty years ago that was questionable.

I am extremely grateful for my family, friends, health, home and employment.  I am also grateful for our generator - we live in a hurricane zone and it makes a world of difference.
