I received an email from Citibank and one from American Express saying that due to concerns of fraud and inactivity of my online account, I needed to update my information. They both had a link for me to click to "get started". Both emails had company logos and looked legit so I called Citibank and American Express to verify before I clinked on any links. Turns out they were scams. Both places had me forward the emails to their fraud department. I dodged a bullet there! Please be aware and be carefull.
