I walk. I come here to enjoy myself not to argue with people. Plus what I really want to say won't make it past w e b b I e.

You have a lot of actual knowledge to share
And so do you.

I like to post controversial , but it usually gets deleted. I like to give my opinion and advice on just about anything and I don't like when someone starts a post and no one will respond. The threads are not as interesting since the moderation, I would rather get slammed for something than be censured. No I don't usually walk away.

I walk most of the time.
The thing that drives me nuts most of the time is when someone posts, but has no clue what has happened on a thread. They don't know what updates have been posted or what advice has been posted or if the thread is totally resolved.
This is actually an interesting thread.

I don't think I ever realized how many ways there are to interpret a written comment until I started posting here.
I've learned a great deal from all the posters, many times have changed my perception or opinion. I think it's cool when we see a comment like, "I never thought of it that way." Those moments when a light bulb goes on in our head, and we realize we're more aware of all the intricate facets of something we're discussing... those are the times we can be glad we're not static, stagnant, or too set in our ways.
Thanks for the thumbs up, mominohio!

Thanks, sylvia, for the kind words. I agree with cody, you have a lot of actual knowledge to share and I appreciate it. So does cody!
to both of you! Honestly, I try to contribute when I can because I'm so grateful for the things I've learned from other posters. We have a good group here, with much to offer.

Do you add to discussions or walk away...especially if your thoughts have more or less been posted? Do you enjoy poking/stirring/provoking or being right or adding to the facts/(dis)agreement?
foggy....I will never forget the hysterical post you wrote to one of our favorite posters who at the time liked to change her nic every other week while creating many threads simultaneously. Your post was about her enjoying the spotlight and using gifs, gave her about 20 off the cuff suggestions for nic changes and every single one of them was right on and absolutely hysterical. How you thought up all those was brilliant. I wish I could find that post but I'm sure it's buried way too deeply to search for or may have gotten poofed. I hope you remember and get a chuckle like I do every time I think of it!

I think it is a better, more mature, thing to walk away.
I am still blown away by how many people just LIVE to pick on other posters. Doesn't matter what the topic, SOMEONE or ONES just can't wait to get into it.
Like today, I had totally HAD IT with this. And I got angry in writing. I don't even regret it.
What it does is drive people away from posting. So, I guess they can just talk to themselves!
Walk away is better. Not posting is best. I will try to stick with pets, beauty, and soap operas.
