waiting for service

I have a tree that needs topping and the guy came this morning to give me an estimate. The price seemed very fair so I didn't want to bother with other estimates so he said he could do it after another job in about 3 hours. It is going on 4 hours and I am not going anywhere so it is not a big deal but I hate waiting. This is a reputable company so I am not concerned and I'm sure he will come or call but my question is don't you hate having to wait around? I keep running into the living room to see if he is coming even though he will have a huge truck that I can hear!
