vacation in chesapeake bay area

was wondering where the nice areas are to rent a vacation home on either the eastern maryland shore or the western part over by anapolis? anyone know these areas? we have two 9 year olds and a dog....i have been looking at st michaels which looks nice...want to make sure kids have enough to do...thanks all{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
