@Judaline   Are you saying PayPal wanted the banking info or Topcashback?  If it's PayPal, yes I've used them for years with no problem.  I consider using them to be safe because I can use them with a retailer instead of giving my CC info to so many different places.

I use Mr Rebates which gives you a choice of receiving your rebate by check or PayPpal.  I always choose PayPal.

Jud, I use them al lthe time, they often offer the best percentages back. I get my money in the form of a Walmart gift card, since I buy much of my groceries there. I trust them 100%.

The reviews on Top Cash back are very negative. Many think this site is a scam.

Definitely no scam, they paid me $200 last January in the form of a Walmart gift card.

I had a gut feeling. Just let it all go. It's not worth it.

I have one email address.   But you all are saying you have a paypal email address? I don't think I do.Just an account. I did want cash so I am forced to use my paypal to get it. But I think I'll just stick with my other sites which send me a check.  Thanks, all. I know how to use my paypal but I've had issues with them lately and am even going to stop using them. They were on my opponent's side during a dispute I had. Never happened before. I'm deciding. Also, topcash doesn't answer my emails and there's no phone number.

@Judaline If you only gave one email address, that has to be your PayPal email then too.

Could you give  me an example of a paypal address? Not sure

exactly what to put down?

@Judaline   Your Paypal address is usually your email address.  Do you have a Paypal account?  When you have payouts available from Topcashback, they email you with the amount that is available and they send it to your Paypal account.  You can then log in to Paypal and transfer the $ to your checking/savings account.  I have never had a problem getting the payouts. Hope that helps.
