Re: 'tis the season for CATALOGS!

I got a pile of them Saturday, and I was about to toss one of them in the recycling,  when one of those envelopes with the perforated edges, fell out. It was addressed to someone on another street, I' not sure, but it might have been a check. Anyway, it pats to give them a shake, before you toss them. The mailman took it this AM, so I hope it gets where it needs to.

@QVCkitty1   I like to tear out the pages w/ perfume strips and either put them in my undie drawer or ball them up under a bowl of potpourri.

@Shanus ,That is a great idea. The Dec. O mag had a big " AmazingGrace" sample page that would be perfect for an indie drawer.

I receive very few catalogs these days. They have become like magazines. Too expensive to send out unless you are a frequent buyer.

Sunshine45, I don't receive or purchase from any you mentioned. Nor do I recognize many.

I love looking at catalogs.  I dont shop much anymore so I am not getting nearly as many    as I have in the past.  What I get lots of are brochures from varioius travel companies.  I do like to travel when I have a chance!

I receive a  zillion catalogs  from everywhere , Nieman Marcus ,  Coldwater creek ,  LL Bean, Orvis,  North Style, vermont trading, ect along with a shoe catalog from England. Guess, since I used to buy clothes from Boden  , I was put on the  shoe catalog mailing list.  If the postage was free , I'd send ypou all my catalogs .  We take then to the recycling  center.

I had never thought about that before, but it's an excellent idea! I just usually toss them, but this sounds like an inexpensive "sachet" for the dresser drawers. Good idea!
