@Kalli@It is too bad that your house wasn’t taken care of..did you decide to sell it?I could never rent a property that I planned to move into myself after my past experience.

@dex, totally agree with you!  Yes, we sold it.  I still pass it every time I go out to my friend's place to ride.  It's such a cute little farmhouse!  Just couldn't justify holding onto it since we knew it would be a while before we downsized and moved there.
