i know nothing about OC. is it like in Valley Girl ?  all different valleys and canyons?  so not easy to drive here and there. Tamara wants her new grandaughter right nearby, thats why she is helping Ryan and his family. 

 

she doesnt need to tell Eddie anything, isn't he #3?  she has her own money. first marriage yes, you should share that info and when you have kids together.  $8k is first, last and security deposit. about $2700 per month.

 

but Eddie is justified in being po'd IF she continues feeding Ryan financially.
