the gorgas have won their lawsuit to evict the man who was renting to purchase their home. i guess the family can now move back in!
via tamara tattles:
Today a judge in Morristown will issue a judgment of possession to Joe Gorga which will allow him to officially evict Patterson in the upcoming days. This judge ruled strictly under leasing laws. Joe will have to return to court to sue for moneys owed with regard to the sale. However, since Joe no longer wants to go through with the sale after losing confidence in Patterson’s ability to pay, I imagine he will just evict the tenant and move into the house himself.
“The money is currently due and owing and Mr. Patterson has to pay that forthwith to avoid eviction,” Taylor said in court.
Taylor identified the due amount as $23,477 but noted the sum will change after he recalculates a small credit in Patterson’s favor and adds in legal fees incurred by three attorneys who represented the Gorgas.

The Gorga children will be so happy to move out of that dump of a rental home. Poor things were forced to reside in house where there was no recording studio and not nearly enough closet space.

is this really a surprise right now???.....here we go again.....another postponement of the sentencing trial!!!
Sentencings have been postponed once again for “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice and her husband Giuseppe “Joe” Giudice, who have admitted their roles in an eight-year scheme to fraudulently obtain millions of dollars in loans.
The sentencings had been scheduled for Sept. 23 before by U.S. District Judge Esther Salas in federal court in Newark, but that date has been changed to Oct. 2.

For the sake of the kids, I hope Tre gets probation or house arrest. I don't agree with what they did but having both parents go to jail will be awful for the children.

You are correct it would be awful for a child to have both parents in jail. That being said, both parents are criminals and despite the fact they were "caught", they have done nothing to change their spending habits and lifestyle. They do nothing but make excuses. The girls need to realize the lavish lifestyle they live is do in great part to the fact their parents have repeatedly committed criminal acts.
Sorry, unless both parents are sent to the slammer, behaviors will never change.
