Re: the missing Colorado woman

Where was his phone when her phone pinged in Idaho? He may have left his phone home or shut if off thinking he was smart if he drove to Idaho.

I just find it strange that he didn't attend the press conference. Also that he wasn't concerned he didn't hear from her. I don't know many mothers who wouldn't be checking in to see if their child was okay.

Re: the missing Colorado woman

She had gone to store, dropped baby off at Dad's, cooked cinnamon rolls and disappeared. Was someone following her, she let them in , they kidnapped her, took her purse to force her to get money..nothing missing but her purse and what was in it,,cell was pinged 800 miles away , was she on her way to her mom's in Idaho, and crashed in a river, ditch, cliff, but her cars are not missing, did she rent a car , a plane, left with a friend, So sad and suspicious...the father  has a reputation of anger and abuse to animals, maybe to people, too..

Re: the missing Colorado woman

If there was a store near by, she may have realized she had forgotten to buy something and just gone to get it or a friend stopped and asked her to go along somewhere. I can't think the man who had just seen her, had the baby would then go to her house, abduct her, kill her and drive 800 miles to discard her phone and maybe her. It makes no sense.

Re: the missing Colorado woman

'Well', one would think that Somebody would have missed her, for two, three, several days.

I haven't kept up with the facts, etc., but hadn't someone come forward that he/she was wondering where this (unfortunate) woman was?

I'm still hoping that she just 'took off' and is somewhere safe.

My understanding is that she's a pilot who would be gone for days at a time. I've seen nothing about her work schedule so there's that. Also, she was attractive and would be in close contact with lots of men. One  of whom may have abducted her. Nothing revealed about a custody issue and since she had no concern about going alone to drop off the child, a problem there seems unlikely.

If they had joint custody and both had well paying jobs neither would be required to pay child support to the other so that can't be a motive. They weren't married so alimony, property division would not be a motive either. I just don't see a motive for the baby's father to kill her.

@occasionalrain this isn't accurate-  If they had joint custody and both had well paying -jobs neither would be required to pay child support to the other so that can't be a motive.

The amount of support is adjusted based on income -  but the parent with primary custody would still receive child support. Some non-custodial  parents want to pay $0, though- no matter what the courts dictate!

Re: the missing Colorado woman

Her fiance has been arrested for her murder.   See the entire article at People's website.

From People online:

"The fiancé of a Colorado mom who vanished on Thanksgiving Day  has been arrested on suspicion of murdering the woman, who is still missing but is presumed dead, authorities announced Friday.

Patrick Frazee, 32, was detained without incident on suspicion of first-degree murder and solicitation to commit murder in the first degree in the death of 29-year-old Kelsey Berreth, the Woodland Park Police Department said in a press release. Formal charges will be filed in the days ahead."
