Was making a note in my May calendar about another "not opening back up until the end of May" and realized it made me feel down.  For some unknown reason, the Serenity Prayer came back to me.  It was a struggle since only the part about recognizing what I can & can't control came to me first.  But I got it all and wrote it down, I may need to remember it a few more times for awhile.  For those of you on the struggle bus today, if you know this, remember it.  Maybe it will help you too.  Just a thought.

@qualitygal  A powerful line out of the Serenity prayer for me is " accept the things I cannot change".  Acceptance does seem to bring peace.  Thanks for the reminder.

I have this prayer on my fridge. It is good to see daily especially now. 🙏

Thanks for that lovely reminder.  I live alone and it already seems like a long day and it is only 8 AM.  I am going to a long walk soon which will help me quite a bit.  I will then hang out in the yard until the thunderstorms roll into PA> later today.  stay safe everyone.  I always feel like I am in good company here.

Same here...Heart

Where else can we get together and still keep our "distance"  and get support from others?
