~ symptoms of heart murmur ~

Since there was another post about heart murmurs in dogs, I wanted to ask a question. My Molly has a grade 2 murmur,and I am wondering what we, as owners, are to watch for between visits to the Vet. She's doing very well now, so she only needs to go yearly, but I do want to keep an eye on things that I should.
