just saw that MB was selling a product called Sleep 88 (A222332) ie meletonin to help you relax to sleep.

You can easily make this purchase over the counter from any drug store - for much less. I have this at home myself in fact. Does it work? no more or less than a nice hot cup of tea or warm milk.
