I've read the old Shop NBC used to have to pay NBC a huge, Multi-million dollar fee for the use of their name. The name change saves them all that money.

And Comcast owns 100% of NBC Universal now, so they're not going anywhere.

When the shopping channel changed names, I thought they said the watch shows were going to be retired.

Has anyone bought any of the fashions they sell? I think a lot before buying from shopHQ as you must pay shipping charges both ways. That can end up costing plenty.

I don't watch them due to all the watches, but I order from them when they have a jewelry or kitchen TTV. I'm on their mailing list, so I get daily TTV notifications. They do have a lot of nice merchandise on their website that I wish they'd show on the air. I just can't imagine that they sell enough watches after all these years to make it worth airing them 24/7.

I bought a One World hoodie in a silky type material that I really like. It looks adorable with jeans. That's about it. Most of my purchases are jewelry or kitchen related.

I bought two Kate and Mallory sweaters that are nice quality and great fit...I, also, bought a One World top that I had to return....the neckline was way too low...

I have bought a strand of pink pearls...and I recently bought two portable air conditioners...really haven't had a chance to see how good they will be...its been too cool to run them....but I do know that they work...:0)
