You are so correct!  The Haines has been around for years, although last few years it is hard to collect data correctly with so many multi-family households.  Also many ethnic races have the same name.  We used the Haines in the museum for research often for genealogy purposes.  The Haines gets it data from county/city records and other records.

As soon as we put our house on the market and gave my cell # to our agent so he could text us , the calls started. They were constant!!! Very irritating. Come to find out that our agents company does sell the information they get from you. I'm still getting about a dozen robo calls on my cell every day, though they certainly have tapered off slowly from the amount I was getting 6 months ago. There needs to be a law that if a company is selling your information you must be notified and agree to it being sold before they can sell it.
