I received a different item than I ordered. I donāt have a printer and on Live Chat, the Amazon rep agreed to provide a return label directly to the carrier and schedule the pickup.
All I had to do was repackage the item, which was picked up for return the next day.

I am not a Prime member. I canāt see paying the fee for the year. I donāt buy off of Amazon and I really get confused on how to return things. I guess itās my age. So when I want something I try to find it at QVC or HSN. If not Iāll go to the big box stores. I donāt quite trust HSN for quality of the merchandise. QVC they do have great customer service. I been with them for years. Some of the hosts do get on my nerves but I just hit the mute button Or change the channel.

i have shopped Amazon 15 yrs or more and seldom had a problem with any order and that is a lot of orders, more than 1 a day.
If I had a problem,I go on live chat and it is immediately taken care of. I get a refund without returning or a reorder at their expense. I have never been told to return any item.
Make sure you order is "shipped and sold by Amazon," for less problems but if you have a problem when buying from a third party seller ,speak with Amazon CS and they take care of everything!

They put a code up,on their site for me saying to put on my phone,take to ups , they would scan the code, i took a picture of it on my mobile tracfone,i guess that is what they meant.

@MalteseMommaYou never had to return an item???????????? So you must say that everything is defective in order to do that? I have been shopping with them for ever and return items that don't fit etc. Curious.

I have always gotten the exact item I wanted and they always fit perfectly.
I really do not order many clothing items or shoes from Amazon so I don't have fit problems!.

I'm a HUGE Amazon (Prime) fan! I shop a lot through them. My only gripe is I recently ordered a gift and requested a gift receipt. Done this many times and always, when requested, did receive my gift receipt with my order. Well, I just got an order and didn't get my gift receipt with it. Try to find somewhere I can write to the seller letting them know I still need that gift receipt! Nowhere to be found. I'm just hoping my son doesn't need to return the tshirt I got him.
