No, there's never a return label. If no printer, then you'll need to call them, & they'll mail it to you.

They will send you a label but they charge $1 to do so. It’s an option to choose when you initiate your return on their site.

I was in the same boat.  Our printer was down for a while.  They will ship you a label for 1.00. It is on the options page of label printing.  You can also opt to sent the label to a friend or neighbor to print.  When I have sent for a label, it takes 5-8 days.

They don't even enclose packing slips anymore.

You do need their label. Maybe go to a UPS store or Staples, someplace you can pull your order up on your phone and print it out there?

OR the library! They would have a printer for free or very cheap.

Or ask a friend or family member to use their printer.

What I love about Amamzon is that they credit your account the second the bar code is scanned in to the shipper, NOT when it arrives back to them. I love that!

It all depends on what you are returning, if it is "damaged" Amazon will send UPS with a call tag for the box, all you need to to is get the item in its box

Re: returning item to amazon

Go to your local library. They should be able to help you with it. At least my wonderful rural town library does. You can either email it to them to print, or use their computer & it will print from there. I have done it many times.
