Now THIS one bothers me. When I got the Q card (and quoting Kramer now) “I was promised a tote bag and a tote bag I will have!”  That tote bag has yet to arrive. 

@sunshine45  So what’s the deal?  You’ve got inside scoop on TSV’s and you got BOTH the mug and this too. What/who is your connection?

i have received none of the free customer gifts actually and i purchase quite a bit from qvc.

the TSVs are found out pretty easily if you follow or check out the social media pages of qvc, vendors, on air personalities, bloggers, the qvc homepage (TSV link), and other qvc facebook groups. there is also the program guide to see what is coming up in advance.
