At the residence where one of my book clubs meet, the homeowner provides a mug tree where we are able to store our mugs.  I noticed one of the members replaced her old mug with one of the QVC mugs pictured.  She must be "a loyal customer".

there are some that dont have a decent mug to drink from @cherry.

if it is needed, i dont think they would mind the "kitsch."

I don’t want one either. I don’t drink coffee or hot tea so I have no need for another mug. 

My opinion of a really good gift the Q could give to their “loyal” customers would be a % or certain $ amount off any purchase.
