qvc declined to post my four star review of the never boil-over silicone lid! What is going on?

I submitted an inocuous, good review of the silicone lid I received last week. Since other reviews I read mentioned the steam danger when they lifted the lid, I said I put my wooden spoon handle into the loop and lifted it so that I could look and stir the pot. It works well in my opinion.

Was this seen as such a terrible negative? The letter they sent me this morning said they couldn't specifically tell me why my review didn't meet their standards.

No problem, I won't be submitting others in the future.
