Just saw a promo, that zuilly is now part of the qvc is now part of the family. I have visited this site and saw nice items but then read reviews regarding no returns and slow delivery. Will this now change?

Who would buy anything on line with a no return policy?

I agree with this about 99% of the time. However, I will buy items from Zulilly when they are offering a brand I have tried or worn, so I am certain it will fit. I'm not playing the sizing game on Z.

I'm curious to see if Zulilly policies will change but that no-return policy has kept me from ordering anything from them. I unsubscribed from them for that reason. I'd rather spend more and know that I can return or exchange purchases than play a rock bottom price for something that I can't use because it doesn't fit, doesn't work, etc.

I recently ordered from Zuilly and got my order within a week, first time ever that happened. So, I guess it is getting better. It made me want to shop more with them as some of their prices are really good.

That's how we roll in the shire..

I bought from Zulily early on.  I waited three months for my items.  The products were nice, the price point was very very reasonable.  It was the wait and the lack of communication that turned me away.  I hear they have improved.  I might try again.  I honestly did like what I got.  I was very careful when I ordered.  It was just they had an unreliable system of getting the product to me.

I am a frequent zuilly buyer. I purchase clothes for my granddaughter frequently, & they are so cute & resonably priced! I wanted clothes for her that were different from everyone else. I've never had any problems with shipping or clothes having any problems.

The packing of breakable items on zulily is nonexistent.  I have received glass items which were on the bottom of the box with no cushioning at all, just a thin piece of bubble wrap around it which was useless, and of course the items were broken in bits and pieces.

They are good about refunding, but I want the item, which can't be replaced due to their system.  I did receive one replacement and it also was broken in bits and pieces because again, it was on the bottom of the box with no protection.  Zulily really must train their packers, otherwise, they are losing money and customer respect.

Aside from this issue, I have been happy with everything I have received except for a few defective items for which I received a refund.

I really dislike zuilly. Not only because of their return policy but the quality isn't there. I ordered a top and it smelled horrible, like chemicals. I had to throw it away.

You might want to email QVC and ask them whether or not Zulily has changed their return policy. Also: I'm thinking that if you sign in through QVC's link, that possibly they offer returns, etc. through that link.????  Anyway, it's worth checking into, IMO  ........... Just go to QVC Search and type in Zulily.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).
