Courtney seriously needs to STOP referring to every female guest this way. She is definitely showing her youth. People do not go around referring to others as "girl". It sounds like slang and is very unprofessional.

All of it wears me out - it's just way too much and I'm surprised it is continued to be allowed.

I like Courtney and think she does a great job.  Shawn also says "Girl" quite often - and she's 50.

I do agree with this, but it's not just Courtney.  Many hosts do this.  I see it on tv shows, commercials, and even my young daughter has said this to friends. 

It is annoying, but I try not to pay it too much attention.  It seems to be "the thing" to say with some people.

I think people hook on to a catch word or phrase and it just comes out of their mouth without them even thinking about it really.  Have you ever heard someone speak and they always say at the end --- "ya know?"

Courtney has shown very little improvement - especially because she has to play sidekick to JT.  It's really bringing her game down.  She needs a refresh on all levels.
